It was confusing more than one person, so it's gone. A couple other bugfixes too. I like your addition #1, with the lookups to provide a list of players. I usually just flip to the positional sheet, but it would also be neat to have the players listed on the front sheet. That's because (by definition) there is no opportunity cost if you don't think anyone at that position will be taken.
